Collection: Tang

Tangs are reef safe. Often easily eat pellets, but will also eat hair algae. Tangs are also called Surgeon fish because of the spike on their tail. Use caution when handling them because they can draw blood. Foxy Saltwater hand collects the atlantic tang from it's juvenile stage through it's adult stages. As a juvenile they start out being yellow in color as it matures it turns blue. Often the medium size is already blue. Tangs are considered to be reef safe.
