Black Angelfish (Small 2-3")
Black Angelfish (Small 2-3")
The Black (Grey) Angelfish requires at least a 50 gallon aquarium with lots of hiding places and live rock for grazing. This fish is prone to nip at stony and soft corals and clam mantles. If the Black (Grey) Angelfish is to be added to a peaceful community, it should be the last fish introduced. They get along with most other fish but not with other angels. They are hermaphroditic, this leads to being very difficult to breed in an aquarium. The diet should consist of marine algae, high-quality angelfish preparations, mysis or frozen shrimp, and other high-quality meaty items.
