Purple Firefish Flame Goby

The Purple Firefish requires a 10 gallon or larger aquarium with plenty of rockwork for hiding and a lid to prevent it from escaping. It will rarely become aggressive towards other fish, but is territorial, and will fight with its own kind unless they are a mated pair. They will feed mostly on prey suspended in the water column, but will pick food off the substrate or live rock. Its diet should consist of brine shrimp, live blood worms, and mysis shrimp. Feed them a vitamin-enriched diet for their colors to stay vibrant and beautiful.
